1515 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
16-SECTION 1.(a) The following described property is removed from the corporate 5
17-limits of the Town of Four Oaks: 6

1919 Being all of Area 1, containing 11.609 acres, more or less, as shown on that map entitled 8
2020 "Estate Division by Will Plat for Bill Ray Price Estate" recorded in Map Book 95, Page 204 of 9
2121 the Johnston County Registry. 10
2222 TRACT II: 11
2323 Being all of that certain tract or parcel of land described as "Remaining Combined Area," 12
2424 containing 14.432 acres, more or less, as shown on that map entitled "Minor Subdivision Plat for 13
2525 Pamela Rae Price" recorded in Map Book 96, Page 278 of the Johnston County Registry. 14
26-SECTION 1.(b) This section has no effect upon the validity of any liens of the Town 15
27-of Four Oaks for ad valorem taxes or special assessments outstanding before the effective date 16
28-of this section. Such liens may be collected or foreclosed upon after the effective date of this 17
29-section as though the property were still within the corporate limits of the Town of Four Oaks. 18
30-SECTION 1.(c) This section becomes effective June 30, 2025. Property in the 19
31-territory described in Section 1(a) of this act as of January 1, 2025, is no longer subject to 20
32-municipal taxes for taxes imposed for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2025. 21
33-SECTION 2.(a) The following described property, identified by Granville County 22
34-Tax Property Identification Number, is removed from the corporate limits of the City of 23
35-Creedmoor: 180603417847. 24
36-SECTION 2.(b) This section has no effect upon the validity of any liens of the City 25
37-of Creedmoor for ad valorem taxes or special assessments outstanding before the effective date 26
38-of this section. Such liens may be collected or foreclosed upon after the effective date of this 27
39-section as though the property were still within the corporate limits of the City of Creedmoor. 28
40-SECTION 2.(c) This section becomes effective June 30, 2025. Property in the 29
41-territory described in Section 2(a) of this act as of January 1, 2025, is no longer subject to 30
42-municipal taxes for taxes imposed for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2025. 31
43-SECTION 3. Except as otherwise provided, this act is effective when it becomes 32
44-law. 33

28+this act. Such liens may be collected or foreclosed upon after the effective date of this act as 17

31+described in Section 1 of this act as of January 1, 2025, is no longer subject to municipal taxes 20
32+for taxes imposed for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2025. 21
