398403 separation, or dismissal occurring on or after December 1, 2025. 41
399404 SECTION 10.(b) This section is effective when it becomes law. 42
400405 SECTION 11. Except as otherwise provided, this act becomes effective December 43
401406 1, 2025, and applies to promotions, demotions, transfers, suspensions, separations, and dismissals 44
402407 occurring on or after that date. 45
