Of a license that complies with regulations adopted 16 pursuant to the REAL ID Act of 2005, 49 U.S.C. § 17 30301, the most recent renewal was an in-person 18 renewal and not a remote renewal under this 19 subdivision. 20 II. Of a drivers license that is not REAL ID compliant, a 21 person may remotely renew a license on two 22 consecutive occasions.
