AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE FRANKLINTON CENTER AT BR ICKS, 2
INC. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 5
Budget and Management the sum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) in nonrecurring 6
funds for the 2025-2026 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Franklinton Center at Bricks, 7
Inc., for operating expenses and capital improvements. 8
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 9
