	13	+	A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 50-06.1 of the North Dakota
	14	+	Century Code, relating to minimum wagethe compensation rate paid by the department of
	15	+	health and human services under the senior community service employment program.
	16	+	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
	17	+	SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 50-06.1 of the North Dakota Century Code is created
	18	+	and enacted as follows:
	19	+	Senior community service employment program - Minimum wage Compensation rate .
	20	+	The minimum hourly wage rat e of compensation for individuals paid by the department
	21	+	under the senior community service employment program is twelve dollars or the amount
	22	+	established by the department by administrative rule, within the limits of legislative
	23	+	appropriation.
