13+A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 50-06.1 of the North Dakota
14+Century Code, relating to minimum wagethe compensation rate paid by the department of
15+health and human services under the senior community service employment program.
16+BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
17+SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 50-06.1 of the North Dakota Century Code is created
18+and enacted as follows:
19+Senior community service employment program - Minimum wage Compensation rate .
20+The minimum hourly wage rat e of compensation for individuals paid by the department
21+under the senior community service employment program is twelve dollars or the amount
22+established by the department by administrative rule, within the limits of legislative
23+appropriation.

13-The hourly rate of compensation for individuals paid by the department under the senior community
14-service employment program is twelve dollars or the amount established by the department by
