9	12		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
10		-	SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code is created ~~and~~

14		-	The department shall designate the bridge on state highway 18 between the junction of sixty-ninth
15		-	street northeast and the junction of seventieth street northeast as the Specialist 4 Richard W. Orsund
16		-	Vietnam bridge and shall place signs along the highway designating that name. The department may
17		-	accept any appropriate signs or funds donated to the department for the placement of signs. Any
18		-	donated funds are appropriated to the department on a continuing basis for the purpose of providing
19		-	signs designating the bridge on state highway 18 as the Specialist 4 Richard W. Orsund Vietnam
20		-	bridge.
