	8	+	A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota
	9	+	Century Code, relating to designating the bridge on state highway 22 in Dickinson as the
	10	+	Specialist Jon P. Fettig Iraq bridge; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to declare an
	11	+	emergency.
	12	+	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
	13	+	SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code is created
	14	+	and enacted as follows:
	15	+	Specialist Jon P. Fettig Iraq bridge - State highway 22 - Continuing appropriation.
	16	+	The department shall designate the bridge on state highway 22 in Dickinson between the
	17	+	junction of Kuchenski drive and the junction of fourth street southwest as the Specialist Jon P.
	18	+	Fettig Iraq bridge and shall place signs along the highway designating that name. The
	19	+	department may accept any appropriate signs or funds donated to the department for the
	20	+	placement of signs. Any donated funds are appropriated to the department on a continuing
	21	+	basis for the purpose of providing signs designating the bridge on state highway 22 as the
	22	+	Specialist Jon P. Fettig Iraq bridge.
	23	+	SECTION 2. EMERGENCY. This Act is declared to be an emergency measure.
