12	11		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
13	12		SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 15-10 of the North Dakota Century Code is created
14	13		and enacted as follows:
15	14		Ten commandments - Displays.
16		-	1.The state board of higher education shall display the ten commandments in a
17		-	prominent and visible location in a cafeteria on the campus of each state educational
18		-	institution under its control and administration. A state educational institution may
19		-	display the ten commandments in other prominent and visible locations at its
20		-	discretion.
