| 20 | 17 | c.Good Friday, the Friday preceding Easter Sunday. | |

| 22 | 19 | e.The anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the fourth day of July. | |
| 23 | 20 | f.Labor Day, the first Monday in September. | |
