| 11 | 11 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA: | |
| 12 | 12 | SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 54-03-02 of the North Dakota Century Code is | |

| 67 | - | SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act becomes effective on August 1, 2026. | |
| 68 | - | SECTION 3. EXPIRATION DATE. Subsection 5 of section 1 of this Act is effective through | |
