915 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
10-SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 4.1-72-05 of the North Dakota Century Code is amended and
11-reenacted as follows:
16+SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 4.1-72-05 of the North Dakota Century Code is
17+amended and reenacted as follows:
1218 4.1-72-05. AnimalPremises identification program - Administration.
1319 The North Dakota stockmen's association shall serve as the state'sa state administrator and
14-allocator for that portion of any federally sponsored animalpremises identification program which
15-pertains to cattle, horses, and mules.
16-SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. Subdivision f of subsection 2 of section 36-01-36 of the North Dakota
17-Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
18-f.The disclosure is to provide the North Dakota stockmen's association with information
19-pursuant tounder section 4.1-72-05. S. B. NO. 2087 - PAGE 2

22+ SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. Subsection 1 of section 4.1-72-06 of the North Dakota Century

24+ 1. Except as provided in subsection 2, any information created, collected, or maintained
25+by the state veterinarian or the North Dakota stockmen's association, or an authorized
26+administrator with respect to the administration of any federally sponsored program
27+pertaining to livestock as permitted by section 4.1-72-05 is confidential and not subject
28+to the open records requirements of section 44-04-18.
29+SECTION 3. AMENDMENT. Subdivision f of subsection 2 of section 36-01-36 of the North
30+Dakota Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
