8	14		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
9		-	SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 1 of section 23-27-04 of the North Dakota Century ~~Code is~~
