7	7	A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 52-08 of the North Dakota
8	8	Century Code, relating to workforce training center funding distribution.
9	9	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
10	10	SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 52-08 of the North Dakota Century Code is created
11	11	and enacted as follows:
12	12	Workforce training center funding distribution.
13	13	The state board for career and technical education shall distribute the total amount
14	14	appropriated for the biennium for workforce training as follows:
15	15	1.Sixty percent divided equally among the workforce training centers;
16	16	2.Twenty percent apportioned among the workforce training centers based on each
17	17	center's average number of training hours provided by each center during the first
18	18	three consecutive fiscal years of the previous four fiscal years immediately preceding
19	19	the year of distribution; and
20	20	3.Twenty percent apportioned among the workforce training centers based on each
21	21	center's average number of unduplicated participants reported by each center during
22	22	the first three consecutive fiscal years of the previous four fiscal years immediately
23	23	preceding the year of distribution.
