| 22 | + | 3.The department shall conduct chronic wasting disease surveillance and testing. |
---|
| 23 | + | 4.The department shall provide a report to the legislative management before |

| 24 | + | December 31, 2028, regarding an update on the surveillance and testing protocols |

| 25 | + | and procedures for chronic wasting disease in the state. |
---|
