AN ACT to amend and reenact subsection 3 of section 15.1-19-16 of the North Dakota Century Code,
relating to student self-administration of asthma or anaphylaxis medication.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 3 of section 15.1-19-16 of the North Dakota Century Code
is amended and reenacted as follows:
3.For purposes of this section, "emergency medication" includes a prescription drug delivered
by inhalation to alleviate asthmatic symptoms and ana device that contains a premeasured
dose of epinephrine autoinjectable pento prevent or treat a life - threatening allergic reaction . S. B. NO. 2196 - PAGE 2
