1012 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
11-SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 4.1-28-02 of the North Dakota Century Code is amended and
12-reenacted as follows:

14+amended and reenacted as follows:
1315 4.1-28-02. Video livestock auction market and internet auction - Authority to transact
1416 business.
15-A video livestock auction market or internet livestock auction market may not transact business in
16-this state unless the market transacts business through a representative licensed under this chapter.
17-SECTION 2. REPEAL. Sections 4.1-28-03 and 4.1-28-04 of the North Dakota Century Code are
