| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 19-02.1 of the North Dakota Century Code is created | |

| 13 | 13 | Ivermectin access. | |
| 14 | 14 | 1.As used in this section: | |
| 15 | 15 | a."Ivermectin" means a medication to treat parasitic infections approved by the | |
| 16 | 16 | federal food and drug administration. | |
| 17 | 17 | b."Over-the-counter" means a medication legally sold and purchased without a | |
| 18 | 18 | prescription. | |
| 19 | 19 | 2.Notwithstanding any other provision of law, ivermectin suitable for human use may be | |
| 20 | 20 | sold and purchased as an over-the-counter medication in this state. | |
