A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 1 of section 48-01.2-20, subdivision f of subsection 5 of section 48-01.2-20, subsection 6 of section 48-01.2-20, section 48-01.2-22, and subsection 5 of section 54-44.7-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the selection process for construction management at-risk planning and design phase services and the procurement of architect, engineer, construction management, and land surveying services.
