The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:

LB 209 amends Nebraska Revised Statutes § 77-202 and § 77-3506 to clarify certain provisions relating to
property tax exemptions for for-profit nursing, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities, and for disabled
veterans, respectively.
