STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five
AN ACTrelative to OHRV operation on certain highways within the town of Windsor.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; OHRV Operation on Certain Designated Highways. Amend RSA 215-A:10, IV by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraph:
(e) The following sections of state highway shall be designated for OHRV use: Windsor Road in Windsor from the Hillsborough town line to the intersection of Black Pond Road; Black Pond Road in Windsor from the intersection of Windsor Road to Miller Road.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
