Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 Repeal. The following are repealed: I. RSA 31:6-a, relative to official holiday designations. II. RSA 288:4, III, relative to school holidays. 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
