Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 Emergency Medical and Trauma Services; Rulemaking; Emergency Medical Services Incident Reports. Amend RS 153-A:20, IV to read as follows: IV. Reporting by emergency medical service units and maintenance of patient records, including protecting the confidentiality of patient records; provided that a unit or provider shall submit an emergency medical services incident report to the division within 7 days. 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
