Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Subparagraph; Domestic Violence; One-Party Recording. Amend RSA 570-A:2, II by inserting after subparagraph (m) the following new subparagraph: (n) Any person, except a law enforcement officer acting in their official capacity, to make or possess a recording when that recording: (1) Is provided to a law enforcement agency or utilized for the purpose of court proceedings, and (2) Is or contains evidence of what the person reasonably believes to be a crime. 2 Effective Date.
