Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 Absentee Ballot Envelope; Affidavit Required. RSA 659:50, I(b) is repealed and reenacted to read as follows: (b) The affidavit on the absentee ballot envelope is a fully executed legal affidavit that is witnessed and signed by a notary, election officer, or any person authorized by law to administer oaths, to verify the identity and signature of the voter, and 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
