5151 Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

5353 1 New Paragraph; Police Standards and Training Council. Amend RSA 106-L:5 by inserting after paragraph XX the following new paragraph:

5555 XX-a. The director may, at the request of the state, county, or local law enforcement agency of jurisdiction, detail any law enforcement training specialist employed by the council for law enforcement and crowd control services for public and private events and for extra duty functions to be performed outside regular business hours and for which the council shall be reimbursed. While performing such services, the officers may enforce all criminal and motor vehicle laws of the state in which the services are being performed. The council shall establish a detail rate that includes compensation for the officers and reimbursement for the use of vehicles, employee benefits, and other incurred expenses.
