Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Paragraph; Taxation; Current Use Taxation; Assessment of Open Space Land. Amend RSA 79-A:5 by inserting after paragraph VII the following new paragraph: VIII. Municipalities may adopt ordinances to enroll land affected by new construction or reconstruction for current use only after a minimum 75-foot no-cut vegetated buffer to the ordinary high water line of any adjacent perennial stream, shoreline of any great pond, or from tidal mean higher high water is established and maintained. 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
