Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 Appropriation. Department of Justice; New Hampshire Child Advocacy Centers. There is hereby appropriated to the department of justice the sum of $3,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, which shall not lapse until June 30, 2027, and shall be for the purpose of funding the New Hampshire child advocacy centers. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.
