AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO
PROVIDE CLINICAL SUPERVISION FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, MENTAL
HEALTH AND COUNSELING PROFESSIONALS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three million one hundred
thousand dollars ($3,100,000) is appropriated from the general
fund to the human services department for expenditure in fiscal
year 2024 to provide clinical supervision for behavioral
health, mental health and counseling professionals. Any
unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
fiscal year 2024 shall revert to the general fund.
