531 | 531 | | violation of state or federal law is hereby void as against |

532 | 532 | | public policy.". |

533 | 533 | | E. Any person with an ownership or financial |
---|
534 | 534 | | interest in real property may, at any time, re-record the deed |
---|
535 | 535 | | to such property so that the deed conforms with the |
---|
