| 36 | 36 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO: | |
| 37 | 37 | SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million five hundred | |
| 38 | 38 | thousand dollars ($2,500,000) is appropriated from the general | |
| 39 | 39 | fund to the aging and long-term services department for | |
| 40 | 40 | expenditure in fiscal year 2026 and subsequent fiscal years to | |
