99 | 99 | | archaeological and environmental impacts of a public regulation |

100 | 100 | | commission decision to issue or deny a permit." |

101 | 101 | | SECTION 2. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of this act |

102 | 102 | | apply to renewable energy projects that have not received final |
---|
103 | 103 | | approval on the date the rules promulgated pursuant to Section |
---|
104 | 104 | | 1 of this act take effect. |
