38 | 38 | | AND SUPPORT UNIT--PILOT PROGRAM CREATED--PURPOSE.-- |

41 | 41 | | two-year pilot program to investigate and assess all reports of |

82 | 82 | | the department of health's maternal health program, the health |
---|
83 | 83 | | care authority and the staff of the early childhood education |
---|
84 | 84 | | and care department's home visiting program. |

85 | 85 | | SECTION 2. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars |
---|
86 | 86 | | ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the |
---|
87 | 87 | | children, youth and families department for expenditure in |
---|
88 | 88 | | fiscal years 2026 and 2027 for the pilot perinatal |
---|
89 | 89 | | investigation and support unit program created pursuant to |
---|
90 | 90 | | Section 1 of this act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance |
---|
91 | 91 | | remaining at the end of fiscal year 2027 shall revert to the |
---|
92 | 92 | | general fund. |
