102 | 102 | | C. If a school administrator receives a report |

103 | 103 | | pursuant to Subsection B of this section or otherwise possesses |

104 | 104 | | information regarding a student's gender incongruence, the |

105 | 105 | | school administrator or the administrator's designee shall |

106 | 106 | | notify the student's parent. |

108 | 108 | | administrator's designee notifies a parent about a student's |

109 | 109 | | gender incongruence, the administrator shall request the |

110 | 110 | | parent's direction and permission to develop and implement a |
