| 39 | 39 | "[NEW MATERIAL] UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF A FIREARM WHILE | |
| 40 | 40 | TRAFFICKING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.--Unlawful carrying of a | |
| 41 | 41 | firearm while trafficking a controlled substance consists of | |
| 42 | 42 | carrying a firearm while violating the provisions of Section | |
| 43 | 43 | 30-31-20 NMSA 1978. Whoever commits unlawful carrying of a | |
| 44 | 44 | firearm while trafficking a controlled substance is guilty of a | |
| 45 | 45 | third degree felony and shall be sentenced pursuant to the | |
