43 | 43 | | WHEREAS, the acts allow for discrepancies in the financial |

44 | 44 | | contributions of governmental units relative to their |

45 | 45 | | representation and the lack of ability of the governmental |

87 | 87 | | managed and that the governance structure reflects the |

89 | 89 | | bear the costs and risks associated with spaceport development |

91 | 91 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF |
