51	51	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
52	52	SECTION 1. [NEW MATERIAL] MINIMUM PARKING MANDATES
53	53	PROHIBITED.--
54	54	A. As used in this section, "minimum parking
55	55	mandate" means a law, rule or ordinance that specifies a
56	56	minimum number of off-street vehicle parking spaces, including
57	57	within a garage or other enclosed area.
58	58	B. A political subdivision shall not impose minimum
59	59	parking mandates for residential, commercial or industrial
60	60	properties within its jurisdiction.
61	61	C. Nothing in this section prevents a political
62	62	subdivision from passing a minimum parking mandate related to
