49	49	MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE
50	50	UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR THE CORINNE WOLFE CENTER FOR CHILD

53	53	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
54	54	SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
55	55	($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
56	56	of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in
57	57	fiscal year 2026 for the Corinne Wolfe center for child and
58	58	family justice at the university of New Mexico school of law to
59	59	continue the work of the Children's Code reform task force in
60	60	reviewing and recommending revisions to the Children's Code.
61	61	Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
62	62	fiscal year 2026 shall revert to the general fund.
