4141 BILLS THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED IN EVEN-NUMBERED YEARS AND
4242 PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF VETO OVERRIDES FOR BILLS OF A
4343 REGULAR, A SPECIAL OR AN EXTRAORDINARY LEGISLATIVE SESSION
4444 WITHIN THE SAME LEGISLATIVE BIENNIUM.
4545 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
4646 SECTION 1. It is proposed to amend Article 4, Section 5
4747 of the constitution of New Mexico to read:
4848 "A. Each regular session of the legislature shall
4949 begin annually at 12:00 noon on the third Tuesday of January.
5050 Every regular session of the legislature [convening during an
