3535 HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY'S REQUEST FOR FUNDING FOR A MASTER PLAN TO

3737 WHEREAS, New Mexico highlands university is a public
3838 university in Las Vegas that was founded in 1893 and that has
3939 centers in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Farmington;

4141 WHEREAS, New Mexico highlands university's mission is to
4242 offer a high-quality education to students at all levels while
4343 fostering creativity, critical thinking and research, and the
4444 university's core values are excellence, diversity,

203203 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE
