13	13	THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
14	14	SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

16	16	Sections 1 and 2. (Deleted by amendment.)
17	17	Sec. 3. 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State
18	18	General Fund to the State Board of Examiners the sum of
19	19	$20,435,552 for one-time payments for personnel represented by the
20	20	bargaining units established in:
21	21	(a) Paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
22	22	(b) Paragraph (e) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
23	23	(c) Paragraph (f) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
24	24	(d) Paragraph (g) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
25	25	(e) Paragraph (i) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
26	26	2. Of the sum appropriated by subsection 1, not more than
27	27	$1,303,442 may be allocated and disbursed to the Nevada System of
28	28	Higher Education.
29	29	3. Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by
30	30	subsection 1 must not be committed for expenditure after June 30,
31	31	2024, by the entity to which the appropriation is made or any entity
32	32	to which money from the appropriation is granted or otherwise
33	33	transferred in any manner, and any portion of the appropriated
34	34	money remaining must not be spent for any purpose after
35	35	September 20, 2024, by either the entity to which the money was
36	36	appropriated or the entity to which the money was subsequently
37	37	granted or transferred, and must be reverted to the State General
38	38	Fund on or before September 20, 2024.
39	39	Sec. 4. 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State
40	40	Highway Fund to the State Board of Examiners the sum of
41	41	$3,118,196 for one-time payments for personnel represented by the
42	42	bargaining units established in:
43	43	(a) Paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
44	44	(b) Paragraph (e) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
45	45	(c) Paragraph (f) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
46	46	(d) Paragraph (g) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
47	47	(e) Paragraph (i) of subsection 1 of NRS 288.515.
