| 18 | 18 | Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General | |
| 19 | 19 | Fund to the Department of Indigent Defense Services the sum of | |
| 20 | 20 | $2,569,906 for an unanticipated shortfall to fund costs in excess | |
| 21 | 21 | of the maximum contribution amounts of counties for the provision | |
| 22 | 22 | of indigent defense services. This appropriation is supplemental to | |
| 23 | 23 | that made by section 80 of chapter 310, Statutes of Nevada 2021, at | |
