AN ACT making appropriations to the Nevada Promise Scholarship
Account and the Millennium Scholarship Trust Fund; and
providing other matters properly relating thereto.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
Fund to the Nevada Promise Scholarship Account created by NRS
396.9645 the sum of $6,000,000 to support the Nevada Promise
Scholarship Program.
Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
Fund to the Millennium Scholarship Trust Fund created by NRS
396.926 the sum of $75,000,000 to support the Governor Guinn
Millennium Scholarship Program.
Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
