| 17 | 17 | | Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General |

| 18 | 18 | | Fund to the Department of Taxation the sum of $64,500 to |

| 19 | 19 | | modernize the Internet website platform of the Department. |

| 20 | 20 | | Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated from the State General |

| 21 | 21 | | Fund to the Department of Taxation the sum of $10,861 for the costs |

| 22 | 22 | | of employee training and attendance of conferences. |

| 40 | 40 | | expenditure after June 30, 2025, by the entity to which the |

| 41 | 41 | | appropriation is made or any entity to which money from the |

| 42 | 42 | | appropriation is granted or otherwise transferred in any manner, and |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | any portion of the appropriated money remaining must not be spent |
