11 | 11 | RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, That the | |
12 | 12 | sum to be allowed, as provided by law, for each member of the | |
13 | 13 | Senate for periodicals, stamps and stationery is $60 and for the use | |
14 | 14 | of telephones is $2,800, and the sum to be allowed, as provided by | |
15 | 15 | law, for the President and President pro Tempore of the Senate, the | |
16 | 16 | Majority and Minority Leaders of the Senate, and the chair of each | |
17 | 17 | standing committee of the Senate for postage, telephone tolls and | |
18 | 18 | other communication charges is $900; and be it further | |
19 | 19 | RESOLVED, That these amounts be certified by the President and | |
20 | 20 | the Secretary to the State Controller, who is authorized to draw | |
21 | 21 | warrants therefor on the Legislative Fund, and the State Treasurer is | |
22 | 22 | thereafter authorized to pay these warrants; and be it further | |
23 | 23 | RESOLVED, That this resolution becomes effective upon | |
24 | 24 | adoption. | |
