AN ACT making an appropriation to the Outdoor Education and
Recreation Grant Program Account for carrying out the
Outdoor Education and Recreation Grant Program; and
providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General 1
Fund to the Outdoor Education and Recreation Grant Program 2
Account created by NRS 407A.615 for carrying out the Outdoor 3
Education and Recreation Grant Program created by NRS 407A.605 4
the following sums: 5
For the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 .................................. $500,000 6
For the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 .................................. $500,000 7
Sec. 2. This act becomes effective on July 1, 2025. 8
