AN ACT relating to vehicles; providing that vehicles owned by a charter school of the State are exempt from fees for registration; and providing other matters properly relating thereto. Legislative Counsel’s Digest: Existing law exempts vehicles owned by the United States, the State of Nevada, 1 any political subdivision of the State or any county, municipal corporation, city, 2 unincorporated town or school district in the State from fees for registration. (NRS 3 482.503) This bill clarifies that vehicles owned by a charter school of the State are 4 exempt from fees for registration. 5 THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
