AN ACT making an appropriation to restore the balance in the
Reserve for Statutory Contingency Account; and
providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General 1
Fund to restore the balance in the Reserve for Statutory Contingency 2
Account created by NRS 353.264 the sum of $9,835,522. 3
Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval. 4
