| 19 | 19 | the Secretary to the State Controller, who is authorized to draw | |
| 20 | 20 | warrants therefor on the Legislative Fund, and the State Treasurer is | |
| 21 | 21 | thereafter authorized to pay these warrants; and be it further | |
| 22 | 22 | RESOLVED, That this resolution becomes effective upon | |
