Requires employees of gaming facilities to undergo human-trafficking recognition training which shall address the nature of human trafficking, how human trafficking is defined in law, how to identify victims of human trafficking, relief and recovery options for survivors, and social and legal services available to victims.
Prohibits the sale of dry ice to individuals under eighteen years of age; provides a violation shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
Requires businesses to notify consumers of an upcoming automatic renewal or continuous service charge to the consumer's account forty-five days prior to such charge; requires businesses to include instructions on how to cancel such renewal or charge in the notice to the consumer.

Requires car washes to disclose when promotions expire as well as any costs which will be incurred upon the expiration of such promotion and how often such costs will be incurred upon someone taking part in such promotion.
Authorizes owners of mobile barber shops to obtain barber shop owner's licenses provided that they can furnish proof of proper layout, adequate equipment for the shop, sanitary conditions in the shop and good moral character.
Requires advertisements to disclose the use of a synthetic performer; imposes a $1,000 civil penalty for a first violation and a $5,000 penalty for any subsequent violation.
