Establishes a cause of action for relief from a judgment related to reproductive health services; relates to disclosure of information and subpoenas related to reproductive health care services; relates to the extradition of reproductive health care providers or recipients; prohibits investigation pertaining to reproductive health care in furtherance of any interstate investigation or proceeding seeking to impose civil or criminal liability upon a person or entity providing or receiving such services.
Adds to the penalties for the underage use of cannabis the office of cannabis management contacting the person's parents and/or guardians and such person and their parents and/or guardians attending a cannabis diversion program.
Allows for the conditional examination of victims who are at least 75 years of age; amends the definition of larceny to ensure that alleged consent by a victim who is mentally disabled is a not a defense to larceny; permits a caregiver to accompany a vulnerable victim into the grand jury.
Provides that a person convicted of murder in the first or second degree, or aggravated murder, in the death of a minor shall be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole.
Relates to the issuance of appearance tickets for certain violations of the agriculture and markets law when the person is charged with a crime for which the court may order the posting of a security.
Includes within the class A misdemeanor of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, the possession of a firearm, rifle or shotgun, outside the home, while impaired or intoxicated by use of alcohol or drugs; increases maximum fine for such offense to $10,000; provides for chemical testing of certain persons for whom there is reasonable cause to believe are in violation of such provision; provides for revocation of firearms permit upon conviction or refusal of a chemical test.
Provides for the ability of a court to set bail where the principal stands charged for the third time for the same offense within a period of two years.
Prohibits the use of cannabis within thirty feet of a child or within thirty feet of any location in which children reside or attend for any recreational or educational purpose; provides for increased penalties for a second or subsequent violation.
Updates the definition of sexual intercourse to include contact between the penis and the vagina or vulva, and contact between a foreign object and the vagina or anus, however slight.
Removes the $250 economic harm requirement from the felony commercial bribery statutes; expands the crime of larceny to include theft of personal identifying information, computer data, computer programs, and services, to adapt to modern technological realities; provides state jurisdiction and county venue over cases involving larceny of personal identifying information, computer data, and computer programs, where the victim is located in the state or the county.
